Walls panels

Our modular wall panels are made from different materials, like antibacterial PVC zinc coated steel, stainless steel, HPL or safety glass with a diversity of colors, functionality, design options in order to give an elegant look and create healing atmosphere which is typically associated with the modern operating rooms.

We supply wall panels in three three different types:

Sandwich wall panels

Construction: wall panel consists of external visible parts ( prepainted zinc coated steel, antibacterial PVC zinc coated steel, stainless steel, HPL, safety glass) and internal part (mineral wool with density of at least 120 kg/m3 and a frame made of welded aluminum profiles around the perimeter of panel).

Fastening: wall panels are connected to each other using special locks made in the panel frame and installed on the supporting profile.

Standard dimensions:

panel thickness — 52…102 mm
width of the panels — 200…1220 mm
height — 200…4500 mm.

Application: in the form of a wall or partition panel in rooms where heat and sound insulation is required. The panel can withstand large loads, for structural solutions where there are doors and windows openings, ventilation communications, attachments, ways or installations of medical gases, where it is necessary to maintain tightness premises and negative pressure drops due to the operation of the ventilation systems.

Modular technology in such walls eliminates cables clutter, equipment collisions, facilitates ergonomic solutions of clean rooms , saves space, so accordingly money.

Sandwich wall panels have become very in-demand in clean rooms, in hospitals due to its high hygienic qualities, functionality, as well as being able to create interesting designs.

False cladding wall panels

Construction: false cladding wall panel consists of an external visible part ( prepainted zinc coated steel, antibacterial PVC zinc coated steel, stainless steel, HPL) and internal invisible part (plasterboard moisture-resistant sheet or HPL).

Fastening: frame for gypsum boards, special brackets and support profile. Wall panels are connected using locks made with a special method of bending at the end parts of panels.

Panel thickness: 14mm (external part made of metal) and 17mm (external part made of HPLplastic). Panels made from HPL only —12 mm.

Application: as an alternative to ceramic tiles, plasterboard cladding with subsequent finishing and other possible types of finishing. The panel is capable withstand light loads where there are no door or window openings, no there is no need to fasten the equipment, there are no large pressure drops due to operation of ventilation systems. Cladding panels are resistant to excess or negative room pressure. Cladding panels can be dismantled and installed in its original place in case of service work behind the panel space, also replaced with similar ones in case of damage.

False cladding wall panels , due to its parameters, compares favourably with other types of panels in both technical and economical aspects. It also has additional high aesthetic value and is environment friendly.

Glass panels

Construction: The wall panel is made of safety glass (tempered glass) 8 mm thick installed in a special aluminum profile by perimeter. Mounting: Glass panels framed with thick aluminum profile 52 mm are harmoniously mounted in combination with sandwich panels and create comfortable, bright rooms. Overall dimensions WxH:

300-5800×300-2400 mm
Frame thickness – 52 mm
glass thickness – 8 mm

Application: Glass panels are resistant to excess or negative pressure in the room. Glass panels can be easily removed and mounted in their original place, also replaced with similar ones in case of damage. Glass, apart from its hygienic advantages, has wonderful properties of light transmission that help create comfortable environments by bringing in more daylight and to surveillance of clean rooms not to enter.
